*Prices do not include suggested 20% gratuity, 7.75% fuel charge

All reservations must be cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled date.  Within 71 hours 75% charged of contract rate. Please note our standard 20% gratuity is not calculated in these fees since gratuity is only charged if services are rendered.
Reservation Agreement
1. Deposits are subject to forfeit based on above information.
2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Smoking is PROHIBITED, Cigarette burns are a minimum $200/each, Sanitation Fee(Vomit/Bodily Fluids) *Minimum charge of $300*. Broken Glass $10/each All damage charges are an estimate and may be higher depending on the severity of damage. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
4. Overtime pay will apply at the prearranged time described on the run sheet, the 1st 15 Min will be prorated, then 30 Minutes after 30 Min 1 hour will be charged.
5. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
6. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
