Yes, a deposit is always required. We require 20% for a deposit.

How far in advance do I need to book the service?

If you want a particular date and/or vehicle, we suggest ASAP.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel within three weeks of the date of your limo rental, you are responsible for the full charge of the reservation. Prior to that, there is no cancellation charge.

Can I get a signed contract stipulating the date, time, all locations, prices, type of vehicle, payment, deposit and cancellation policy?

Yes, upon request.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

4 hour minimum.

CD player is accessible to clients.

What will the chauffeur be wearing?

Black suit, shoes, belt. Professional attire.

Is driver's gratuity included in the quoted price? If not, what percentage is added for driver's gratuity?

Gratuity is not included in the price. Standard gratuity is 15 to 20%.

Are there any additional charges? (tax, tolls, parking, fuel surcharge, etc.)

Yes, where applicable. For example, some concert venues require parking, so the client would need to pay for parking in order to have the limo wait until concert is over.
