What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel within three weeks of the date of your
limo rental, you are responsible for the full charge of
the reservation. Prior to that, there is no cancellation charge.

Gratuity is not included in the price. Standard gratuity is 15 to 20%.

Yes, where applicable. For example, some concert venues require parking, so the client
would need to pay for parking in order to have the limo wait until concert is over.
